The incidence of skin cancers is low in India when compared to the western world. Malignant transformation discoid lupus erythematosus (DLE) a rare entity. Most common site head and neck. Our case reported disseminated DLE with malignant squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) lesion over arm axillary node involvement. We proceeded wide local excision dissection.
